When I was 11 years old, I got my first computer. I didn’t realize it at the time, but that little machine set the course for my entire life.

From that moment, technology became a passion. I loved figuring out how things worked, solving problems, and helping people get their computers running again.

Over the years, I’ve seen how technology can either empower a business or cripple it. I’ve also seen too many small business owners get left behind — stuck dealing with rude techs, overseas support, or confusing systems that just don’t make sense.
